A Visalia man and woman are behind bars after a late-night run-in with police. Officers responding to the area of Jefferson Park on Tuesday night were alarmed when they heard gunshots in the area and saw a vehicle leaving the scene just moments after. Police arrested Elisha Sanchez, 27, and Michelle Sandoval, 35. Sanchez was booked on suspicion of negligent discharge of a firearm, being a felon in possession of a handgun, and gang enhancements.
