Gas Price Break

Gov­er­nor Brown is call­ing on the Air Resources Board to allow refiner­ies to switch to the cheaper, winter-blend fuel. The switchover is sup­posed to hap­pen at the end of the month. Brown says the move could increase California’s fuel sup­ply by as much as ten-percent. The Cal­i­for­nia Energy Com­mis­sion must review the request.
