Gas prices in California are dropping to what they were this summer. A new gas survey finds prices have dropped by 75 cents in the past month, but are still about a dime more than this time last year. In the Central Valley, the highest gas can be found in Bakersfield at three-dollars and 98-cents, while the cheapest is in Chico at three-dollars and 81-cents. Sacramento’s average gas is three-dollars and 72-cents.
