Agricultural officials say they may begin their attack against a dangerous citrus pest as early as tomorrow. The Asian citrus psyllid has been discovered in three locations in Tulare County. The pest carries a disease called “citrus greening” that kills trees and has no cure. Officials have quarantined 163-square miles in the county and may begin spraying citrus groves on Thursday.
