Gang Member Sentenced

A Visalia gang mem­ber was sen­tenced to life with­out parole in the June 8, 2011 shoot­ing of 1‘9 year old Oscar Arzate. On August 23, 2012, a Tulare County jury reached a guilty ver­dict in the case against See. The defen­dant was con­victed of one count of first degree
mur­der with spe­cial cir­cum­stances of actively par­tic­i­pat­ing in a crim­i­nal street gang and gun enhance­ments. The defen­dant was also con­victed of 5 counts of attempted mur­der with gang and gun enhancements.
