Hit and Run Death

Visalia police are inves­ti­gat­ing a hit and run acci­dent that left a 58 year old man dead.
Offi­cials say the vic­tim, iden­ti­fied as Joe Gasca, was found lying in the road­way at Goshen Avenue and Miller Park Court around 3:30am Wednes­day morn­ing by a pass­ing motorist. Emer­gency crews responded to the area and trans­ported Gasca to Kaweah Delta Med­ical Cen­ter where he later died.
