Tulare College Center Opens

The Col­lege of the Sequoias is now open in Tulare. A rib­bon cut­ting cer­e­mony was held yes­ter­day at the Tulare Col­lege Cen­ter. The new 500 acre site was pur­chased to become the home of the Cen­ter for Agri­cul­ture Sci­ence and Tech­nol­ogy. It replaces the old Visalia site and is built to accom­mo­date 20-thousand students.
