Porterville Murder Investigation

Tulare County sheriff’s deputies are inves­ti­gat­ing a fatal shoot­ing in the South Val­ley. Author­i­ties say two men were shot while in their car near the Woodville Labor Camp on Road 192 yes­ter­day. The CHP pulled the car over for a traf­fic vio­la­tion and dis­cov­ered one man with a gun­shot wound to the head who later died at the hos­pi­tal, and another man with a gun­shot wound who was treated and released.
