Arrest

A rou­tine traf­fic stop on Fri­day night led to four peo­ple being arrested on sus­pi­cion of being under the influ­ence of drugs and other charges, the Porter­ville Police Depart­ment said. Accord­ing to police, when they stopped Phonexay Inthavongsa on Fri­day just before 9 p.m., he was dri­ving with­out a driver’s license. They also found a box of ammu­ni­tion and drug para­pher­na­lia in the vehi­cle while also deter­min­ing that all four men in the vehi­cle were under the influ­ence of a con­trolled substance.
