Gun Carry

A state lawmaker is introducing a bill that would allow school employees to carry guns. AB 202 would authorize school marshals who would be permitted to carry a concealed weapon. The marshals could be teachers, administrators or janitors just as long as they go through a training and permit process. Assemblyman Tim Donnelly says an important aspect of his bill is allowing the schools to keep secret which staff members are armed.
