Visalia Man Accused of Raping Teen Girl

A south val­ley man has been arrested for allegedly rap­ing a 13 year old girl. Visalia police appre­hended 32 year old Oscar Gri­halva Mon­day at his home on South Dema­ree Street. Inves­ti­ga­tors say the alleged assault took place last week at Grihalva’s home.
Offi­cials say Gri­halva is the step­fa­ther of one of the victim’s friends. Gri­halva has been booked into the Tulare County Jail.
