Mistrial In Reedley Babysitter Case

A mis­trial is declared in the case of a Reed­ley babysit­ter accused of mur­der. The Fresno County jury could not reach an agree­ment say­ing there were holes in the prosecution’s case. Megan Martzen was accused of beat­ing and killing a lit­tle girl in her care. The pros­e­cu­tor says he will attempt to have the case retried.
