A Visalia school janitor could be arraigned as early as today on charges of committing lewd acts with children. Police arrested Antonio “Tony” Cordova who works at Oak Grove Elementary School. He’s accused of inappropriately touching two students ages ten and eight-years-old. He’s been placed on administrative leave.
