Visalia police arrested two peo­ple dur­ing a traf­fic stop on Wednes­day after­noon on sus­pi­cion of drug pos­ses­sion for sales and con­spir­acy, spokes­woman Sgt. Amy Watkins said. A 43-year-old woman and 34-year-old man were stopped in rural Tulare County while police served three search war­rants at homes in Farm­ersville, Visalia and Tulare, Watkins said. One ounce of heroin, $3,000 in cash, drug para­pher­na­lia and other nar­cotics were found in the searches.
